"Maybe I'm living in my own world."

"You're reaching outside your world. That's why it's so hard."

"Think I'll just stay in my own world."

Proves that there's a song for every occasion!

By definition, lines are parallel if they are always the same distance apart and will never meet.

If the lines lie in different planes, and by some work of external force, the planes tilt, there is a chance that the planes will intersect each other, causing the lines to cross, hence creating a meeting point.

The convergence of 2 lines to form X inevitably results in divergence thereafter. In the state of equilibrium, the 2 planes will resume their original positions and the lines resume parallel relation.

2 persons living in the same world may be worlds apart. What is the definition of world then? A physical space? A state of mind?

Refer to the lava lamp, a pretty piece of decoration. The two liquid components coexist and seem to mix in graceful motion when heat is applied. But the fact is that they will never blend with each other because of their different densities. Do they look pretty when the heat is on and they are in motion? Yes. Do they really blend? No. They are merely being mixed around. When the heat is off, the motion stops and the two liquids don't mix anymore. Simply because they are different in nature.
