#7 Paranormal Activity (2009)

Remarks:

First time I watched a horror movie by myself (of course there were other people in the cinema theater lah!).

There is nothing new in this film, and the same scenes from the same angle (especially in the bedroom) makes it a bit boring visually. But it succeeded in keeping me in suspense, making me hold my breath and then gasping.

Don't like the last scene, but shit, it keeps replaying in my head!


#8 Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (2009)

Genre: Animation

Rating: 2.5 out of 5

Remarks:
It started out pretty tasty, but went on to become a heap of rubbish, just like the food mess in the film. Still, I got some laughs out of it, cos it's quite ridiculously funny.


#9 Junebug (2005)

Genre: Drama/Comedy

Rating: 2.5 out of 5

Remarks:
Uh… what comedy? Don't think I have laughed once. This film is really about a dysfunctional, non-communicating family. Amy Adams won several Best Supporting Actress awards for her role as the naïve and super talkative sister-in-law.
